Intermediate Med/Surg LRC Presentation

  For your LRC presentation, you will be submitting a "PowerPoint presentation" of a patient of your choice within your clinical experiences. Your PowerPoint should have at least 10 slides but no more than 20 slides. Please include your transcriipt in the "note" section of each PowerPoint slide. Do not forget to cite your research APA format (7th edition). Your PowerPoint should include: Cover slide Clinical Case Scenario- including VS, age, pertinent information (smoker or non-smoker), HPI 2 nursing diagnosis (1 risk, 1 primary nursing diagnosis) Labs- Abnormal Lab values- How do they relate to the case Medications- At least 3-5 per case (don't forget to include class, adverse effects, and nursing considerations 3 Nursing Interventions- in order of importance 2 SMART goals for each intervention Patient Education Potential Discharge Planning Evaluation Pictures/Graphs to add interest to presentation PowerPoint tip: Do not clutter your slides; Watch your font and color; Be organized.
