Is our world flat?

• What is your position — is our world completely flat, or are we (as Ghemawat says) still occupying a world with defined borders? • Is developing an understanding of local, regional and international geography more or less important in a flatter world? • Or, if you agree more with Ghemawat, do you think that a limited background in understanding geography is limiting our full potential for globalization?
