Please select a minimum of two amendments from the Bill of Rights and analyze their original intent (as per the founding fathers) and then apply the amendments to current day issues. 2 PAGES 2. The question of what to do with captured terrorist suspects is ongoing, difficult and controversial. Should they be returned to the united states and held for possible trial? Does their mere presence on american soil pose an additional terrorists threat and elevate the danger level? Should they be held outside of the boarders of the united states? What rights (if any) should they have? Should they be tried by a military or civilian court? How long can or should they be held without trial? What is your opinion regarding this as well as the overall issue of enemy combatants who are captured at battle fighting against United States military forces? DO you have any insightful thoughts, solutions or suggestions relative to this most controversial and problematic issue? 3.
