1. Conscious marketing benefit companies like Gluten Free Bars. According to Elliot and Marshall Radar by becoming a B Corp benefit corporation that balance profit and purpose. They're choosing a bottom-line approach to their business. Their core value is we win together this includes their workers have stake in the company.
1. I would not say I am more inclined to purchase from a B Corp but I do like the concept by involving the inclusion of the community as a whole to how they’re running their business. I like the idea that they give those that are transaction into a working society that was incarcerated by giving them a chance. I think that there should more companies that are following this business model.

Conscious marketing revolves around four key concepts. Ethical decision making, having a higher purpose, considering stakeholders, and creating a conscious company culture. Conscious marketing has helped companies like gluten-free bars by creating a better product for its customers, suppliers, and team members. A socially conscious culture considers the employees, their families, current and potential customers, the current market, and the physical and environmental factors. A B Corp company does not matter when I am making decisions on what product to purchase as typical companies who are a B corp usually will charge more for their product than someone who is not.
