Leadership and Decision Making: Organizational Analysis
CLO1: Critically evaluate the leadership and decision making theories and models in various organisational situations.

Assessment Criteria:
1. Ability to provide a well-researched background of the chosen issue;
2. Ability to provide a comprehensive critical analysis of one leadership theory/style/behaviour, with the justification of why applying the leadership theory/style/behaviour, will solve the issue;
3. Ability to provide a comprehensive critical analysis of one decision-making style/model, with the justification of why applying the decision-making style/model, will solve the issue;
4. Ability to propose appropriate (and practicable) recommendations;
5. Ability to reflect on 2nd Industry Dialogue Session;
6. Ability to acknowledge sources of information (Format, Quality and Quantity of references).
