Lean Six Sigmaâ by Donna C.S. Summers (Pearson)
Please answer any 5 of the 8 questions, each question is worth 20pts. Question 1 is mandatory, I want all students to answer accordingly. The remaining questions, 2
thru 8, please pick any 4 of those remaining 7 to achieve full credit. Answers for each question can be drawn from in class lectures, take home presentations, book
readings and out of class research. Answers are essay in format, so Iâm looking for the whyâs and the howâs vs. simple definitions. Demonstrate what the real world
examples would be, how can this be applied in your personal work / student environment. The more detail the better. Remember, youâre trying to demonstrate to me that
you understand these concepts and this will translate into more successful results once you begin to implement in your workplace.

with as outlined by university policy.
