I believe that it is important to ask thoughtful questions about an organization before making the decision to work for it. This will help you to better understand the organization's culture, values, and goals. It will also help you to assess whether the organization is a good fit for your skills and interests. Why I chose this organization I chose to research the San Francisco Human Services Agency (SFHSA) because I am interested in working in the human services field. I am particularly interested in working with populations that are underserved and marginalized.
