This element involves a 2500 word essay. The assessment provides an opportunity to reflect critically on managing organizational and personal change and its
implications for organizational practice
This part of the coursework is designed to develop your ability to:
• Understand theories and conceptual frameworks of the management of individual and organisational change
• Conduct an insightful analysis of the effective management of change by linking theory and practice
• Undertake critical evaluation and present a succinct, reasoned, coherent argument
This essay has three parts you are required to answer ALL three and observe the word count limits for each part:
(1) Review your personal experience/s of change and analyse this using at least one model/theory approximately(1000 words)
(2) Review an experience that you have had of an organisational change and analyse this using at least one additional model/theory approximately (1000 words)
(3) Discuss how your insights into your experiences of change can contribute to an understanding of the effective management of change in organisations approximately
