  Market nichers avoid large markets and try to be the leader in a small market or niche. Nichers have three tasks: creating niches, expanding niches, and protecting niches. Multiple niching is preferable to single niching. For this discussion, first, share through research why it is important for an organization and/or brand to have a niche? Then identify three nichers (organization and/or brand) and explain why you have identified these as 'nichers'. One of the nichers must be in the form of a television commercial (a television commercial where an organization and/or brand has created a niche) and we must utilize the course textbook to support your nichers.
