1) Think of your favorite retailers. How have they integrated their channel system? How would you like their channels to be integrated? Do you use multiple channels from them? Why or why not?
2) Pick a brand and go to its website ( REVOLVE.com). Locate as many forms of communication as you can find on the website. Conduct an informal communications audit. What do you notice? How consistent are the different communications in working towards a consist method?
