a. read and summarize in your own words two peer-reviewed articles (each student is responsible for two) that address the concepts. Provide a citation/reference: author(s), article title, name of the journal, volume, page numbers, year of publication (any citation style is fine). Check-in with all your group members (including group members who are submitting their own paper) to make sure that you are all reading different articles.
b. explain how the articles deepen your understanding of the customer experience that your group’s board game simulates.
We created a board game that was based on snake and ladders, so basically it was more about having good and bad experiences in the Apple store. I have picked these two articles I thing one relates to Customer Satisfaction and another to Customer Experience which was what was our board game about.
