The past 7 weeks, we learned about Marketing Research and how it is used to make managerial decisions. To demonstrate your understanding, please complete the following:
Select a company; once you have, select one of their products/services and analyze the importance of marketing research for this product/service. Analyze the marketing research process used by this company as it pertains to the product/service; research their design, sources, and evaluation. Suggest a minimum of two alternatives. As a group you will also develop an alternative Likert scale survey. You will need to discuss why measurement scales in a survey are important. Finally, you will need to discuss any possible ethical issues associated with data analysis (primary and secondary).
