Metagenomics and Microbial Community

Include information regarding the importance of microbiomes and metagenomics in modern research. Use atleast two peer reviewed sources. We are reporting on bacteria found in topsoil we collected locally through PCR, but I'm only asking you for the introduction/brief hypotheses. Mostly cover the importance of microbiomes and metagenomics, but briefly discuss two separate hypotheses of finding bacteria involved in the iron cycle or pathogens in the soil
