Normal anatomy and physiology of the system,

  Identify the normal anatomy and physiology of the system, and then identify the pathophysiology which occurs with the disease process. Has to include both the normal pathophysiology as well as the alterations in that normal for full credit. Please include treatments/ patient and family education, which also includes Discharge Education.
