Officer Wellness Programs

DescriptionMy Capstone project topic is in regards to law enforcement wellness programs. The goal for my project is I want to develop an Officer Wellness Program for the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department for my Capstone project. The Capstone Project I proposed aims to develop a comprehensive wellness program specifically tailored for law enforcement officers. The focus will be on enhancing mental health, physical fitness, and social wellbeing. Having a holistic approach will not only address the everyday stresses and health risks associated with policing but will also aim to improve the overall job performance of the department.Please integrate the bibliography research provided in "additional material", it is labeled "Unit 2 Assignment".
