The task requires a description/evaluation of the following operation management concepts: Capacity managment, Supply Chain managment, Forecasting, lean management, inventory management, quality management, Project management and information systems using an individual case study based on experience. I have chosen to use a hotel as the case study.
Each concept should be discussed under the sub headings: Analysis, application and recommendations.
Attached is a copy of the recommended structure. Also attached is a brief introduction of the case study and should be added to the introduction.
