The Chief Executive of a small but growing organization has recently read an article on organization development and is considering appointing an organization development consultant to support an organization change agenda. She has asked you as a consultant to provide her with further information in the form of a briefing paper. In the paper, you should:

- Examine the key competencies required by the stakeholders in different phases of organization development interventions. You should explain some of the key competencies required by stakeholders e.g. interpersonal skills, IT skills, HR skills, finance skills, ability to gather business intelligence, data analysis, interpersonal skills.
- Assess the link between organization development and change management techniques. You should assess the link between organization development and change management techniques e.g. both can be used to build organization capacity and improve organization performance.
