Organizational readiness for change

The paper should not be more than 1700 words. The main source to use are:Belason, A. T. (1999). Leading the learning organization: Communication and competencies for managing change. New York: State University of New York Press. Senge, P., Kleiner, A., Roberts, C., Ross, R., Roth, G., & Smith, B. (1999). The dance of change: The challenges to sustaining momentum in learning organizations. New York: Doubleday/Currency. And any other sources you think its necessary. It should have an introduction, summary and citation. The 6 questions are:
A) discuss the importance of preparing the organisation for change. Use refrences and actual anecdotes where possible(15marks)
B) describe manegerial/leadership roles, skills, and strategies facilitating positive change outcomes in relation to assisting the organisation to prepare for change(10marks)
C) describe five areas you would assess to prepare the organisation for change(25marks)
D)describe the methods of assessment you would use to assess each of the five areas you have identified in the previous question(20marks)
E) Describe how you would use the information you collected from your assessment methods to determine if your organisation is ready for change. Use examples to illustrate how you would use content analysis and/or force field analysis(20marks)
F) describe two strategies that would facilitate organisation readiness for change(10marks).
