(1) What was the original concept of organized crime and what is the concept now: with the increase of globalization and changes in society what has been the change on organized crime. (2) Defining organized crime: What is the most common definition and which one is used by the Dominican Republic government, considering that how OC is defined is how the issue is addressed.
