Performance Rating

If you are a manager in customer service department and one of you employee is an excellent staff who is hardworking, always motivating others, assisting the customers and doing his best to make them satisfied, doing effort to learn as much as he can, train his colleagues on new things that he learns, active, and always cooperating with the organization’s stakeholders. This staff is proposing new ideas to enhance the customer service, but his ideas didn’t implement yet.

note that this staff has been awarded a certificate from the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) for excellent customer service.
