Person centred care (PCC)

  Undertake a literature review related to person centred care (PCC) including shared decision making. Focus on how the biopsychosocial determinants of health, the individual and health beliefs impact on person centred care and shared decision making in a variety of settings across the lifespan. You will describe how this informs nursing care delivery in various sectors.
