  Personal Statement to obtain scholarship through my job to pursue my masters degree These are the instructions using this questions: 1). in what ways will this education prepare you to handle responsibilities associated with being a leader 2).in what ways will this education and scholarship make a difference in the pursuit of your career objectives within Valley Health System(which is the hospital that i am actually working) 3).How do you plan on applying the knowledge obtained from this education to your job in order to enhance your performance. 4). What is your definition of leadership?. I work for this hospital for 5 years as a patient care technician I already have a bachelors degree in professional studies and i would like to use my tuition and also get this scholarship to pay for all my classes. So i need a good personal statement that can convince the the people in charge to give the scholarships.
