Political Economy – “Can markets be disembedded?”
The essay question is “Can markets be disembedded?”
I kindly ask you to carefully follow my instructions, as I have placed the order in advance on purpose so that if there are any issues with the essay I can send it back.
IN ORDER TO HELP YOU, I WILL PROVIDE YOU ONE ESSAY THAT COVERS VERY SIMILAR (IF NOT THE SAME) TOPIC. I ACHIEVED A 68 IN THAT; SO PLEASE USE IT AS A MODEL FOR BOTH STRUCTURE AND THE WAY ARGUMENTS ARE PRESENTED.
Words must be no less than 2400.
Please use as sources ONLY ACADEMIC PAPERS; no wikipedia, brainy quotes and similar websites. I will send you some of the documents that I read; you don’t necessarily have to use all of them, but at least some of them. Please use no more than 20 and no less than 10 sources.
Please use an academic language, correct punctuation and PLEASE AVOID REPETITIONS.
INTRODUCTION: here it is very important to do three things please: first, define and explain the concepts of “disembeddedness” and “markets” as you will use them throughout the essay. Second and most important point: outline which points/arguments you will use and why, so that one could understand immediately how the structure of the essay is going to be like. Third, tell what your thesis is referring to the question.
Then, obviously the essay must be written in PARAGRAPHS and I please would like one paragraph per argument (it is important to be able to understand what the paragraph is going to discuss by just reading the first few lines).
CONTENT: I did quite a lot of readings for the essay, and my understanding is that you cannot answer the question without looking, on one side, at Polanyi and Weber and at Smith and Hayek for the counter arguments. I don’t know which will be your thesis, but it is fundamentally important to critically discuss these people’s arguments and look at the essay question from all sides, therefore presenting argument and counter arguments. While doing this, please try to be very clear and to do this refer as much as you can to the essay question and make examples.
CONCLUSION: here, you just have to sum up the arguments previously presented and answer to the question.
