        Individual Responsibilities: Each team member will be responsible for a specific aspect of the strategy:

• Student 1: Finance and Marketing
• Student 2: R&D and Production
• Student 3: HR and TQM

Decision-Making Process: Decisions will be made collaboratively during meetings. If consensus cannot be reached, we will use a majority vote. Accountability: If a team member fails to meet their responsibilities or attend meetings, they will be required to provide a valid explanation. Repeated issues will be addressed with the possibility of reallocating their tasks to other team members
