  Each team member should (1) identify the strategy for your virtual Capstone company and (2) explain how the team will be organized to make decisions each round. Team Organization and Decision-Making Process: Meeting Arrangements: We will hold a weekly virtual meeting every Sunday at a time TBD, using Teams. The meeting will last approximately 60-90 minutes. Individual Responsibilities: Each team member will be responsible for a specific aspect of the strategy: Student 1: HR and TQM Student 2: R&D and Finance Student 3: Production and Marketing Decision-Making Process: Decisions will be made collaboratively during meetings. If consensus cannot be reached, we will use a majority vote. Accountability: If a team member fails to meet their responsibilities or attend meetings, they will be required to provide a valid explanation. Repeated issues will be addressed with the possibility of reallocating their tasks to other team members.
