  im working in a private medical clinic in the management of supply chains, and we work on a monthly basis to prepare a report on the key performance indicator, The current report that I have prepared, I am not convinced kind of, and it does not fulfill all the elements that I see for preparing such kind of reports, taking into account the arithmetic equations and the arithmetic variable icons, as in excel sheet attached. I want you to make excel sheet for both attached files and that the arithmetic equations are variable so that I can change the numbers every month easily and get the result automatically you have to make a professional form that is better than the current one and add all the elements that must be provided to prepare such kind of reports I have attached a sample of the current model to you, I just want you to develop it as you see fit. Analysis of the monthly KPI data depends on several elements through which we can obtain the main data, which are as follows:- - Number of purchase request pending , - Number of purchase request canceled orders, - Number of purchase orders completed , -Number of international foreign procurement orders completed , - Number of overseas purchase requests pending, - Number of urgent purchase orders, - Disbursed stored items number of the warehouse
