Problem-solving process involves seven steps (the first five of which are part of the decision-making process): Define the problem Identify the alternatives Determine the criteria Evaluate the alternatives Choose an alternative Implement the selected alternative Evaluate the results What type of errors might occur at the various steps of the process that can impact the quality of a decision or future decisions?
