    Develop a logic model to guide the formulation of a plan to address the selected problem with a Gantt chart to sequence the activities and actors associated with the intervention. Your logic model and Gantt chart will be on separate pages accompanied by no more than 5 pages (1250 words) narrative in 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced (assignment worth 70 points). (Do not forget your name on the paper – cover and bibliography don’t count in the page limit). Details: Now that you have selected your scenario, nominated the problem area to be addressed by divestment/reinvestment, and described the organizations that will be involved, it is time to begin the planning process. Your primary task here is to develop the logic model to demonstrate how the divestiture/reinvestment will impact the problem you have selected (outcomes). Please do not identify more than two outcomes for our task purposes. The activities and participants you identify here will be further explained in the Gantt Chart with more specific time frames and responsibilities. In the logic model you will want to also address the resources (inputs) that will be transferred and/or new resources required to make the transfer effective. Your “outputs” will likely be stages accomplished as the result of activities achieved that move you toward the outcomes you wish to achieve – and those should be as specific and measurable as possible – no “pie in the sky” hopes, please – observable, measurable outcomes as a result of transferring the problem function to a non-CJO.
