Psychosocial Theories in Nursing
The post contains two asihnments
1:Analyze a transference
Freud’s theory of mind unsettled the primacy of consciousness. wholly conscious. We speak, act, love and hate for reasons – and in ways – that we do not fully
comprehend.aim to understand the logic of the unconscious in order to understand what we do, who we do it with, who we do it to, who we do it for, etc. Freud
encourages us to recognize that we say and do things to those who are both present and absent. To examine these psychodynamics, we might reconsider what is at stake in
asking, and attempting to answer, these fundamental questions: How do I know myself? How do I know to whom I am speaking? Do I even want to know…?
demonstrate how analyzing a particular incident/interaction helps us to understand either the vicissitudes of instinct or the dynamics of transference. For example,
you might consider a specific experience of conversing with an anonymous person online. Why do we do this? What is it we want? From whom? Or, you might explore the
sensation of being trapped on the subway in between stations without mobile phone service. How can we explain this feeling at the level of instinct? These are only
examples: Please be creative and write about a situation that you want to devote time and effort to thinking through.
write about and your elaboration of your psychoanalytic thinking, be as specific as possible. Avoid generalities, emphasize your insights.

3: Police Department Logic Model
Develop a Logic Model that explains the policy-making approach to gain a better understanding of the best ways to evaluate the performance of an entire organization.
The logic model should explain the goals of the organization and whether they meet the demands of the constituent stakeholders. The most effective evaluation models
are those that properly align the needs of the constituent stakeholders with the desired outcomes and measurable outputs of the organization. Select a law enforcement
agency, school’s security department or any other entity of law enforcement to complete the model and follow the steps in the attached logic model templates to
complete the project. The first part of the project should follow the guidelines in Template 1 and that information should be transposed onto Template 2. Both
Templates are needed to complete the project. In developing the logic model the following steps must be followed in order: • Determine the needs of the stakeholders, •
Develop the desired outcomes, • Determine the available inputs, • Determine the activities, • Develop the outputs, and • Develop the goals.
