MAKING SENSE OF DATA
In the space below provide a data matrix that contains the name of the county, the percentage of residents who have graduated from high school, the percentage who are foreign born, and the percentage living in poverty in 1999. Remember: the point of creating a data matrix is to organize text and numbers so that they can be processed by hand or computer. Hence, be neat!
