PUBLIC RELATIONS PROPOSAL FOR NONPROFIT
Research Analysis -Identify the organizationâs mission, strengths, weaknesses,
competitors, opportunities, obstacles, supporters, funding, opinion leaders
and key publics
Develop at least 5 measurable objectives that emerge from the
PR audit findings and the organizationâs mission. Identify each as
informational, attitudinal or behavioral.
ï§ Programming â Create a minimum of 6 programming tactics to achieve the
objectives you established and describe the intended impact of each.
Incorporate the communication theories and strategies discussed since the
beginning of the semester.
ï§ Stewardship â Formulate strategies reflective of the organizationâs mission
that cultivate, manage and strengthen relationships with donors and
stakeholders.
