PUBLIC RELATIONS PROPOSAL FOR NONPROFIT

Research Analysis -Identify the organization’s mission, strengths, weaknesses,
competitors, opportunities, obstacles, supporters, funding, opinion leaders
and key publics

Develop at least 5 measurable objectives that emerge from the
PR audit findings and the organization’s mission. Identify each as
informational, attitudinal or behavioral.
 Programming – Create a minimum of 6 programming tactics to achieve the
objectives you established and describe the intended impact of each.
Incorporate the communication theories and strategies discussed since the
beginning of the semester.
 Stewardship – Formulate strategies reflective of the organization’s mission
that cultivate, manage and strengthen relationships with donors and
stakeholders.
