Qualitative research report

  Given that the qualitative research report (Assessment 2) is a group project, you will collectively determine your aims and research questions. Therefore it is okay if this aspect of your proposal is the same as your other group members- this is expected. The purpose of this task is to ensure students: have worked collaboratively to develop a clear research topic for their group project, have developed the basis for a coherent literature review through the production of an annotated bibliography, which enables the production of clearly justified aim and research questions, have considered the ethical dimensions of their group’s research topic, and are able to propose a coherent and justified method section which will enable the ethical collection of qualitative data related to the research questions. The unit learning outcomes assessed are: Appraise the values, principles and assumptions that underpin different forms of research Collaborate in designing and conducting a small scale qualitative research project in an ethical and professional manner
