Quantum Computing (QBits) and Their Effect on Cyber Security

    In this assignment, you will conduct your preliminary research about your topic to establish that it is a current and viable issue in your field. The research should help you narrow your topic so that you can identify a current “problem” about it that will serve as the focus of your Research Paper. You should write the annotated bibliography for a variety of reasons: It helps you evaluate the credibility and authority of your sources so that you can use the highest quality sources in your writing To understand and be fully informed about a topic before making judgments and writing about it To distinguish between your views and biases on a topic and what the research actually shows To assess what research you’ve got so that you can figure out whether you need to go out and find more. Format your research as an annotated bibliography, then write a brief research proposal that draws upon these sources to establish the narrowed scope of your topic, the research question, and the possible audience and purpose for the literature review. SOURCES: Seven sources, four of which must be from scholarly sources. The remainder must be from highly credible sources, such as professional/trade, government, and highly credible media outlets. ANNOTATIONS: An annotation for each source that includes the full bibliographic information that does the following: Identifies the main argument or claim in the source States how the author supports that claim (research methodology, etc.), Describes the author’s purpose Describes how the source contributes to your knowledge about the problem you want to explore in your literature review.
