Questionnaire and Ethics of “Mianzi: The effects of Face Consciousness in Chinese consumers Behaviour.”

1. Designing a questionnaire according to the research objectives of this dissertation.
– The questionnaire should consist of about 15 questions and no more than 18 questions.
– There should be no open questions in the questionnaire, maximum 1 if necessary.
2. Complete the ethics forms: Health & Safty (Risk Assessment) Form, and the Opening Statement of BOS online questionnaire.
