Based on your experience and the Kotter reading about leading change, which of the 8 steps is most difficult to get right. Why? What does it take to build the skills involved in the 8-step process? Be sure to specifically reference at least two points from our course materials for the week. I have attached the Kotter to refer too as it is needed for this assignment.
