The main thing to note is that references need to be consistent and organised, all sources are referenced and that you use credible sources for your information. So when addressing an evidencebased topic such as this for which there is ample scientific literature, avoid using promotional websites, blogs or newspaper articles, instead focusing on credible journal articles or publications.
