Research on 'Crime'

        ORAL REPORT Select and Research a Legal Case or Issue that falls in the topic of ‘Crime ‘. This case or issue MUST be from either the Australian Legal system or a case/issue from International Crime. The case/issue must have occurred within the last 5 years. STRUCTURE Outline the parties involved and any problems they may have in accessing the legal system. Summarise the main points/facts of the issue If the case / issue has been resolved explain how was this achieved If unresolved comment on the likely result and resolution measures to be used. Comment on the aspect of law reform arising from or that may arise from this case/issue. How would such reform occur? Evaluate how well the legal system addressed this case/issue. This is to be presented in a succinct oral report of approximately 10 minutes in length.
