Review of the article "The Nacerima"

    The article is a very easy article to read. It was chosen because it is a once-famous and classic article from the journal American Anthropology that highlights the concepts of emic and etic views of culture. The article " The Nacirema" by Horace Miner was published in 1956 in the most important research journal in anthropology (The American Anthropologist.) Yes, the article is old HOWEVER, it is a very famous and important classic in anthropology. It was written to make anthropologists think about culture (the terms emic and etic....)
