Risk assessment

Please use the Proposal within my paper and the annotated bibliography that I used in the proposal. The other attachment is the instructions. The below is my professor remarks regarding my proposal. Risk assessment involves analyzing current safety, reliability and environmental factors that are in place to minimize threats. Since the federal systems have suffered highly publicized breaches in history, including the OPM, VA, and our most recent national election, you have a good foundation to start from. You identified the scope of your report as IT policies & practices, infrastructure, and the current security culture, with a focus on privacy. The federal government is constantly under a microscope to provide centralized services while protecting individual's data...so with the current threats facing our country, how are they positioning themselves to remain strong and secure? You need to also research and analyze the reliability of data storage and environmental factors in your paper. By environmental factors, I am looking for how will the OPM deal with future advancements in cybersecurity that can affect their reputation and scope?
