Rules regarding sexual behaviors

  Why do we have so many rules regarding sexual behaviors? How do we enforce these rules? Why and how do these rules change over time? How can we define any specific belief as “deviant”? Does the fact that a specific belief is held by the majority of a population make it “not deviant”? Why/why not?
