Self-reflection paper

    This is a self-reflection paper, but must be backed up with Psychological concepts. Write a 1-2 page paper, citing and defining (in your own words) 2 psychological concepts that you will use to improve your life (could be as a student, in your relationships with family and friends, or at work). Do not pick an area or chapter like Learning, rather pick a concept like shaping or positive reinforcement. Please give specific examples of how these concepts will improve your life (i.e., do not just state ‘it will make me a better person’). Please bold the terms that you are using. Then select two of the skillsets (not the domain like personal, but the actual skill like self-regulation. listed under the Skillful Psychology Student, bold them, and explain how you have developed this skill over the course of this class.
