Self-understanding of leadership

  This paper is to be your synopsis of the course including your own self-understanding of leadership (personal leadership philosophy) and how you will use that to make a difference in the world. Remember, that leadership happens in big and small settings and so changing the world can happen on big and small scales as well. You should be incorporating examples from the textbook, as well as outside resources, and ensuring proper use of terminology. Demonstrate what you have learned during this course and develop those ideas into a personal leadership philosophy.
