Sencitivity and Specificity

Before beginning the trial, you have to choose one of two tests to detect the presence of condition “Q.” Test A has a sensitivity of 95% and specificity of 75%. Test B has sensitivity of 75% and specificity of 95%. Using tables (one or more) to summarize the results, compare how the different tests could impact the study. For each test, at a minimum consider number screened (selected by you), number enrolled, number enrolled that have condition Q. Document your assumptions. Which test would you choose for the trial and why?
