will address your evaluation of service quality and satisfaction for both services. Your report will specifically address the following: A. An analysis of how both businesses have utilized unique aspects of services marketing experienced by yourself as the consumer 
B. A comparison of how your role differed as a consumer for both experiences. Evaluate your behavior as the consumer for both service experiences 
C. Critically review models of satisfaction and quality, evaluate ways of monitoring satisfaction and quality & offer recommendations
