Heoften arrives at school late and has excuses for not staying after school to attend faculty meetings. You decide not to renew his contract for the next year. You advise him he willnot be renewed, giving no reason, and he receives written notice from the school board prior to April 15. When he receives the written notice, he accuses you of not renewing his contract because of his opinion expressed in his letters to the editor.
