Play the role of a sponsorship salesperson from a sport organization of their choosing among options provided. After understanding the concerns of a potential
sponsor, students will develop a written proposal and will present the proposal to the potential sponsor via a short video sales presentation.
In order to develop a sponsorship proposal, students should follow the sponsorship proposal outlined below. Sport organizations can utilize whatever inventory
they wish for their proposals with the following exceptions: sport organizations may not sell any naming rights to facilities and they may not sell any
television spots (for this exercise, we will assume that all sport organizations control their own radio broadcasts). For this assignment, all sponsorship
proposals should be for a term of one season (2020-21 sport season). Students should assume no current partnership exists between the property and the
potential sponsor (in real life, the selected companies do have partnerships with some of the sport organizations listed) and they should assume there is no
coronavirus pandemic.
