Staff Survey

As a supervisor, your job is to look for ways to measure staff satisfaction and engagement. Engagement is that feeling where we believe in the work we do and want to go above and beyond to be successful. Every organization is responsible for creating an environment that impact and improves engagement. You must pick 6 areas and design a staff survey with three questions per section. You should have a total of 18 questions when you are finished. Use Google to decide on various rating scales. You will be graded on they type of question you asked, does it solicit the information based on the category you put it in, and does the rating scale make sense. If you Goggle rating scales, you will get a list to choose from. Please make sure you label your sections ,i.e. Collaboration (3 questions) Leadership (3 questions) Areas to choose from include: Autonomy/Empowerment: Are people able to act on their own authority and innovate on the job within guidelines set forth in the personnel handbook?
