Strategy execution and implementation

Research problem: the project is focused on the analyses of the Company’s short-term current business strategy and evaluation of new potential long-term growth pathways: developing alternative business models, entering new markets, investing in new (adjacent) products or through selected M&A initiatives, and is aimed to define the long-term strategy that embraces key opportunities to accelerate the shareholder value growth. The task of literature review: the document should provide a set of relevant propositions, research questions/hypotheses, a conceptual framework based on a critical evaluation of current management research around key issues that relate to research issue/problem.
