Students in different levels of development

By this point you have identied two students in different levels of development (preschool, elementary, or middle school), obtained verbal permission to observe each, and, in those observations, have made notes of characteristics noticed in at least 3 developmental domains (physical, cognitive, social/emotional) for each of the students. The Developmental Case Study Observation Form is not expected to be submitted with your assignment. It is simply meant to help you organize your observation details. Instructions Following the observations: • Write 2-3 pages for each student describing the behaviors observed in each of the three domains and indicate whether the behaviors observed are typical for the developmental level of each child based upon course readings and current research. • Begin the section for each student with a brief description of the student.
