Costs associated with both residential and office building types will be assessed, mainly in the context of the Melbourne market. And alos the discussion will mainly
focus on the balance between efficiency and efficacy; how efficient can sustainable development and maintenance (management) be, whilst still fulfilling its intended
purpose? Ultimately, will there be a return on the investment for a “green” label?
