You have been asked to write a high level strategy/plan to move an organisation (of your choice) from where it is now to one that is sustainable. Further the transformation will happen over 10 years. As you are doing this consider the following and structure your document to present to the board of the organisation; Consider the current status of the organisation from a systemic perspective. Consider the organisation in 10 years time and how it could be sustainable (you will need to justify why you think this – Gladwin’s framework on sustainable development can inform this argument). Outline the key challenges involved in the organisation making this change and how these might be overcome eg key stakeholders, which assumptions need to be challenged in the organisation. Use evidence and examples to support your case.
